○ Business relating to the acceptance of invited foreign visitors on the basis of the invitation programs of the government and government-related organizations The International Exchange Service Group facilitates the following business for important guests invited to Japan from overseas:
 ・Planning of itinerary in Japan 
 ・Selection of places to visit and inspect and arrangement of appointments
 ・Reservation and arrangement of domestic transportation by rail, air, car, etc.
 ・Reservation and arrangement of accommodation, meetings, receptions, etc.
 ・Arrangement of interpreters and escort guides
 ・Arrangement of international flight tickets
 ・Other related business

○Organization and management of international meetings, seminars, etc. held by the government, government-related organizations, and others The International Exchange Service Group assists in the following business to enable international meetings and seminars to be held smoothly:
 ・Arrangement of meeting and escort interpreting
 ・Arrangement of meeting venues and related equipment and materials
 ・Preparation of related materials and liaison and coordination for meetings
 ・Arrangement of international flight tickets
 ・Arrangement of domestic travel for participants during their stay in Japan
 ・Other arrangements for participants

○Business related to the acceptance of trainees invited from overseas by government-related organizations, etc. The International Exchange Service Group offers the following services to ensure that foreign trainees have comfortable and safe stays in Japan:
 ・Planning and implementation of orientation on the situation in Japan
 ・Planning of schedules for stay in Japan
 ・Selection of places to visit and inspect and arrangement of appointments
 ・Reservation and arrangement of domestic transportation by rail, air, car, etc.
 ・Reservation and arrangement of accommodation, meetings, receptions, etc.
 ・Arrangement of interpreters and escort guides
 ・Other related business

○Interpreting The International Exchange Service Group provides mainly the following services as the general window for IHCSA’s registered multilingual Task Force of interpreters and escort guides who move into action to assist the invitation programs, international meetings, seminars, and other events organized by IHCSA:
 ・Implementation of human resources development and orientation for the
  Task Force
 ・Implementation of training and study meetings for registered persons and
  supply of related information

●International Travel Group
○International travel-related business for government dignitaries, civil servants, etc. traveling overseas for posting, business trips, or other missions
The International Travel Group carries out the following business speedily so that people traveling overseas can enjoy safe trips:

・Passport application and visa acquisition
・Compilation and estimate of itinerary draft, flight reservations, arrangement and issue of flight tickets
・Securing of means of transportation to the airport, such as taxi, car hire, train, etc.
・Arrangement of overseas hotel reservations and separate delivery and consignment of luggage
・Other arrangements and consultation relating to travel
・Consultation and advice relating to moving overseas for persons taking up posts in other countries and other overseas travel preparations

●Human Resources Supporting Group
○Dispatch of personnel to Japanese diplomatic missions overseas
The Human Resources Supporting Group dispatches enthusiastic young private-sector people to Japanese diplomatic missions in other countries and provides the following services as lateral support for Japan’s on-site diplomatic activities overseas:

・Recruitment and selection of dispatch personnel
・Planning and implementation of orientation for dispatch personnel before their appointment
・Rearguard support and management for dispatch personnel during their posting
・Follow-up for dispatch personnel after their return to Japan

○Scouting for and introduction of official residence chefs
The Human Resources Supporting Group provides the following services to introduce official residence chefs for Japanese diplomatic missions overseas:

・Gathering of information on official residence chefs
・Scouting for official residence chefs
・Introduction of official residence chefs
・Training for official residence chefs in Thailand

○Comprehensive training for overseas appointees
The International Training Group plans, implements, and manages the following comprehensive training for Japanese who are appointed overseas, especially to developing countries, to provide technical instruction or for other such purposes and for their families so that they can be active as international citizens:

・Supply of information relating to living overseas, such as health management and safety
The International Training Group provides the latest information and know-how by region and country concerning matters that are particularly important for enjoying fulfilling lives overseas, such as health management and safety.
・Supply of information on political, economic, social, and living conditions in the country of appointment
The International Training Group provides all kinds of information to meet the needs of appointees and their families, from general information about the politics, economy, society, and history of the country of appointment to information about daily life.
・Methods of technology transfer
The International Training Group provides practical training on methods of giving technical instruction overseas, especially in developing countries.
・Training in the understanding of other cultures
The International Training Group provides practical preliminary study and training to enable dispatched persons to adapt quickly to the cultural environment of the country of appointment.

○Training for persons involved in international cooperation and exchange
The International Training Group plans, implements, and manages the following training for persons involved in international cooperation and exchange in local governments and other organizations:

・Administrative affairs relating to international cooperation and exchange
・Training in the understanding of foreign cultures
・All kinds of language training to suit various needs
