The International Hospitality and Conference Service Association (IHCSA) is a certified public-service corporation established by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the aim of contributing to broad international mutual understanding and mutual friendship in accordance with the policies of the Japanese government by positively assisting the international exchange activities of the government, such as its invitation programs and international conferences.
